I express my creativity through paintings depicting the beauty of nature. For me ocean is green, tree is orange and purple is the color that I identify myself with. It’s a spiritual color coated with hint of mystery on top and royalty is something it is known for. It takes a great patience to see your painting grow, little moving and shaking along with music is something I akin to do then. Absorbing the nature in action and holding your brush to go with the flow to capture that moment is meditative. In my view imagination is power and skill is an approach to achieve that power. |

“Ramila” as a painter is honest with what she does. The beautiful landscape, culture and creative work induce me to paint. White and blue is tranquilizing colors and as a person that I am, love the calmness within white and peacefulness that blue illustrate. Painting is the reflection of self perception which in my case comes along with morning glow and sunny day. Good mood always inspire me to make beautiful paintings. Painting is not merely a hobby for me, it is my aim. In a list of what I want to do, writing is something that my mind draws closer to. “Without imagination one cannot make creative art and without skill one cannot make art come alive and beautiful to the eyes of an observer”. Therefore it is necessary to know dos and don’ts of art too. |

Theme can be any when you make creative art. “Women of Nepal beat all others in the list of world’s highest smokers” is an intriguing fact. Therefore, I have transformed cigarette into soft bomb, metaphorically indicating the hazardous effects of smoking.
The surrounding environment, things happening around it and human relation is a source of inspiration for me. Shades of yellow and green cheers me up and as a color blue I accept what the nature has to offer and present it to observers as it comes to me. Whether it is coke caps, bottles or other waste materials, with creative thinking nothing can be turned into something. I am creating things out of my imagination which not merely look pleasing to eye but also arouse self awareness. In the modern era training provide one with thinking power to imagine things out of box and analyze what you make. |

My paintings represent who I am and what are my values and beliefs. The natural diversity, the cultural art and craft, shrine and alley are sings of our heritage and it motivates me to make paintings that I make.
Day or night makes a least difference when I am in mood to paint and all necessaries are just within the reach. With the growth of painting in its form and shape, the eagerness of giving it a definite form just emerges unwinding all the strain.
I identify myself with black and white, colors of strength but tint of soft colors are not far from me. Paining for me is way of life whether it is canvas or faces of people. So side by side I would like to be makeup artist too. In my view, an artisan makes an art with skill but imagination gives life to it. |

Art is that valuable piece of jewel which every nation can praise on and an artist is the one who make that jewel praiseworthy. Blue is what comes to my mind when someone ask me “Which color do you like?” For blue is the color of peace. Making an art is not only the function of colors and brushes, one need to brain storm. Since as actively you derive an understanding of what you are making and how you are making as beautify and complete the art turns out to be. Yes, I am a trained artist. Therefore, I my opinion one has to be well aware of tools and techniques of painting to give a touch of perfection as you compete the painting. Imagination also plays a vital role in it. I believe in continuing things with great motivation and enthusiasm once you set your goals. So I couldn’t think of less than the Prime Minister as my aim rather than painting to do what I want to do and recognize myself with..

I am freedom explorer; I see nature and every creation of god as it is meant to be. My work of art in blue and red has distinguished me form others and have provided me with the title “The first nude artist of Nepal” which I undertake with great honor. Representing the fact concerning the human emotion and necessity of having a self control is what I base my art on. I want to bring about revolution so the feeling of change is as deep as red and the mean that I have chosen to express is calm and peaceful that is through paintings. Therefore, I use more of blue in my paintings. Name and fame is part of every normal man’s dream so is of me too. I want to be known among unknown mass. Life is like a circle, it revolves round the predefined sphere, and so the time is not long when we get to see the stages once gone from high tech to Stone Age.
I have always been interested in social worker. Nation needs a leader to lead the nation in the path of development so I want to be the leader.
Life is a learning experience. What you see and learn in your life time is never too much everybody is born student and dies as a student, still lot to learn.
Art is like an ocean, no one knows its depth. So as an artist I have plunged into that ocean and I don’t know for sure where my destiny lies but do know as there are thousands of big and small fishes, problems are always there but it takes strong boat and boating skill to cross the ocean. Thus, one has to have courage and skill in hand to survive. |
